Description
A ten-day Coast Guard approved course which meets the academic requirements for an original Western Rivers towing license. Upon successful completion, the student receives a course completion certificate which covers the five exams currently required. Subject material includes Inland Rules of the Road, Deck General, Deck Safety, Navigation General, and Mississippi Map Navigation. (No exams are required to be taken at the Coast Guard REC.)
