River Radar Observer

Three-day Coast Guard-approved course, required initial training for operators of towing vessels equipped with radar on Western Rivers. Class lectures are combined with full-function simulation on Furuno radars. Ship motion, multiple contacts in river scenarios, and environmental effects are just some of the capabilities of the radar simulator.
